Join us in the Coloma Valley where trees help tell the history of Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park. During our program, we will discover how native and nonnative trees show us what the area looked like Before, During and After the Discovery of Gold. By the end of this program, we will learn how the discovery of gold changed California both culturally and environmentally.
Note: This program is best suited for 4th and 5th grades.
