Description: The San Francisco Bay Area is famous for its fog. That same fog nourishes the redwood trees in Mount Tamalpais State Park. Warming ocean temperatures and climate-related changes to ocean currents are decreasing the days and duration of that fog. Ahead of Winter Vacation and making New Year's resolutions, join us at Mt Tam to explore the effects of climate change on the coastal fog on which coast redwoods rely. Of course, we will also discuss what positive actions we can take!
