Join us in a mindfulness practice of tuning into all of your senses outdoors in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month! Learn about the art practice of, “Sit Spot Nature Journaling,” while observing nature and taking care of our minds. All you need is a pencil and paper and a mindfulness worksheet will be provided.
Students will learn about Marine Protected Areas and the opportunity to virtually explore Big River State Beach!
