Richardson Grove Self-Guided In-Person Field Trip

PassPORTS will be returning for the 24-25 school year!

The application form is now open! Please check the PassPORTS page and submit a request!

Explore Richardson Grove State Park!

It began with 120 acres, but with the help of Save the Redwoods League and other generous donors, the park has grown to 1,800 acres. A four-hour drive from San Francisco, the park features stunning coast redwoods more than three hundred feet tall and a national “wild and scenic” river (the South Fork of the Eel). On self guided field trips, K-12 educators facilitate the park experience with their students.

Please see calendar below to reserve your self-guided field trip!

Apply for a FREE blended field trip to Richardson Grove State Park!

Richardson Grove is excited to offer blended-access programs through PassPORTS, which offers Title I public schools with a field trip reimbursement grant to experience the park both virtually and in-person!

Don't wait, visit the PassPORTS page to submit a request for the 2024-2025 school year!
