California Citrus; the Groves and Beyond

Students will be immersed and taken on a journey as they experience the history of citrus from its culturally rich origins to present day in a semi-arid desert environment. Our park will transport you back in time in a period setting replicating the height of the citrus industry in the Riverside area where mouthwatering tangy citrus fruit grow in abundance. Through this tour, students will learn how California's second gold rush (citrus) helped shape and develop California today.
