Steelhead Adaptations Challenge

Are you curious about what it takes for both a Steelhead Trout and Coastal Redwood to live long and healthy lives? Do you want to be immersed in the riparian landscape that they inhabit? Join me in learning about the climatic and human challenges that both these species face. We will be streaming from their native habitat of the Big Sur River, where we will meet STEELY DAN and follow his journey to make it out to the ocean and back! We will learn about their adaptations, biological processes, and what we can do as humans to better their success. Grades 4th-5th would be ideal for this presentation on how humans affect their environment and what we can do to help!
