Sharks: Fact or Fiction?

Through a fun and interactive program, students will identify facts from misconceptions about one of the ocean’s most interesting predators, sharks! While debunking misconceptions, we will explore shark physiology, hunting, adaptations, ecosystems, and shark species that live near and far from Carpinteria State Beach. Students will have an opportunity at the end of the program to ask questions and share some facts they have discovered about sharks. This program is designed for K – 8 grade students.
