The Water Cycle and California Water Project In-Person Field Trip!

Explore the Water Cycle at Silverwood Lake SRA!

During this two hour fieldtrip, students will learn where all of California’s water comes from, through the establishment of The California Water Project. Students will learn about the history of our state’s Water Project and the natural processes of how the park naturally receives and cycles its water. Students will tour Silverwood’s Nature Center (animals, plants, history, etc. will be covered), learn about the park, and discover how it has stayed so healthy, given its unique location.
