Explore Humboldt Redwoods State Park!

Students will learn about the park’s natural and cultural heritage by exploring our redwood forests, its habitats, stories, and places. From the Eel River watershed to women’s redwood conservation herstory, old-growth redwood forests have something for everyone. Guided field trips typically take 2-3 hours to complete, with a maximum group size of 50 students and a preferred adult to student ratio of 1:10.
