Trees of the Tahoe Basin

Learn about the amazing trees of Sugar Pine Point State Park, and their adaptations to the harsh mountain climates of the Tahoe Basin! We will investigate different parts of trees to figure out how they thrive in this environment. Join our park interpreter, as we travel through time and talk about the past and future of Tahoe’s forests. This program is designed for students in grades 3-12.
