The Gold Miner Challenge

A fun gamified program at Columbia State Historic Park where students pretend to be newly arrived gold miners in the city of Columbia, seeking their fortunes. Students will experience what life was like for the miners and will be presented with real choices that gold miners in Columbia would have had to make. Will they strike it rich or go broke?
