Footprints of the Forest

Join us for a high-altitude virtual field trip up the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway to Mount San Jacinto State PArk and Wilderness! In the first state wilderness in California, things are *extra* wild and need your help in keeping it that way. Wilderness areas are often very remote and rugged, where any impact (or footprint) is often quite a stark contrast to the elemental landscape of the backcountry. We will explore ways we can help keep areas like Mt. San Jacinto wild through exploring Leave No Trace principals and other footprint-reducing philosophies.
