Celebrate Earth Day by reading the story book “The Tree in Me” by Corinna Luyken! This book explores how human beings are strong, creative, and connected to others. Each of us is like a tree and connected to everything else in nature. This story is presented in a Marine Protected Area where students will have the opportunity to virtually explore Big River State Beach while Esme tells the story all at Mendocino Headlands State Park!
NOTE: This program is best suited for K through 3rd grades.
